Every season, I get excited as Central Otago’s finest fruits—nature’s own confectionery—ripen under the southern sun. From sweet Sundrop apricots and Clutha Golds to juicy Black Doris plums and premium Pinot Noir grapes, I’m lucky to be surrounded by some of the world’s best produce.

It all started while I was working as a chef at a Cromwell vineyard. Inspired by the flavors around me, I began preserving the best of Central Otago in small batches—bottling up the taste of this incredible region to share with you.
