 I am the one who picks, gathers, forges and grows the produce for our products.

We produce small batch natural preserves with the abundance of fruit that Central Otago has to offer.

Our preserves are not just to be enjoyed on a cheese platter, get creative, they can added to jus, glazed on BBQ meat, dollop on the pavlova and folded through plain yoghurt for a dressing.
